The Offer

A civilian assessment pathway built around readiness, safety and mission discipline.

The program is designed to identify civilian candidates who may be suitable for a supervised space-mission participation pathway. Initial screening focuses on availability, communication, teamwork, confined-environment tolerance, training commitment and emergency-procedure discipline.

Applicants who progress beyond this online assessment may be invited to identity verification, interviews, professional medical/fitness screening, simulation exercises and specialist training. Those later stages are separate from this online form.
